
TechnoSocio Advisory is founded and run by Dr. Emily Springer, a certified algorithmic auditor, one of 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics™(2024), and member of UNESCO’s Women for Ethical AI. She is an responsible AI advisor and algorithmic literacy trainer for social impact professionals. She specializes in sociotechnical understandings of AI, end user research and testing, and AI strategy and risk mitigation. Through TechnoSocio Advisory, she offers Responsible AI bootcamps and custom training. Her consulting focuses AI strategy, defining business specifications, change management, user acceptance testing, AI governance, and more. Previously, at a Microsoft partner, she built automation solutions for enterprise clients and, as a sociologist, she has trained students in Development Practice and Social Justice graduate programs. As a member of the International Association of Algorithmic Auditors, she is eager to ensure AI benefits all peoples.
